Hi, I’m Danni!

I’m the Founder and Chief Baker at Dannilicious Bakes, a Brisbane-based cookie company. I’m here to make gift giving thoughtful, easy and delicious. Dannilicious Bakes combines my creativity and generosity to deliver a big warm edible hug and make people feel super special.

I’ve been baking since I was young enough to wield a whisk. Baking lights up my creative side and I love that I get to use sugar and sprinkles to make people’s day every day. Dannilicious Bakes was inspired by my love for baking and gift giving and was born out of my (MBRC Registered) kitchen in 2019.

Since then, I’ve baked cookies and cakes for many brands and special
occasions, BIG and small. From your child’s birthday party to your company’s corporate gifting, no personalised order is too niche! I delight in knowing my sweet treats spread joy and spread a smile on people’s faces.
